Do I need to be home for the clean?

No, you don't need to be home during the clean, but you are more than welcome to stay if you prefer. If not, please let us know how we'll gain access to your property and we'll make sure you come home to a refreshed home!

How should I prepare for my cleaning?

Swept up Solutions is committed to providing the best and cleanest experience possible. This is why we request that you have your home as put away as possible before we arrive. This allows us the opportunity to focus on leaving your home with the best clean possible.

What's your cancelation policy?

We appreciate a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge to invoice a cancellation fee of 50%.
